Another IPO this week is from Dev Accelerator Ltd, worth ₹143.35 crore.

Price Band: ₹56 – ₹61 per share
Offer Size: 2.35 crore fresh shares (no OFS)
Funds will go into new office fit-outs, security deposits, debt repayment, and other corporate uses. The company operates under the DevX brand and has been growing in the flexible office space sector since 2017.
Shringar House of Mangalsutra’s Jewellery IPO
Shringar House of Mangalsutra, a jewellery brand, is also launching an IPO worth ₹400.95 crore.

Price Band: ₹155 – ₹165 per share
Lot Size: 90 shares
Funds will mainly be used for working capital and corporate purposes. Founded in 2009, the company specializes in Mangalsutras made of 18k and 22k gold, with designs using American diamonds, pearls, cubic zirconia, and semi-precious stones.
