In the gray market, the IPO is currently trading at a premium of ₹12, indicating that the shares may list at about a 16% gain over the issue price.

The total IPO size is around ₹165 crore, which includes:

Fresh issue: ₹90 crore

Offer for Sale (OFS): ₹75 crore

Under the OFS, promoter Manika Khanna will sell part of her stake.

The anchor investor book will open on February 18, 2026. Share allotment is expected to be finalized on February 25, 2026, and the shares are likely to be listed on BSE and NSE on February 27, 2026.

The company had re-filed its draft red herring prospectus with SEBI in September 2025, and it received approval in January 2026.
