The IPO received applications far beyond the available shares, making allotment a key concern for investors.

If you applied for the IPO, you may be wondering whether shares have been allotted to you.

Here’s everything you need to know, including how to check your allotment status online.

CMR Green Technologies IPO Received Huge Demand

The IPO was open for subscription from June 3 to June 5 and received an overwhelming response from investors.

According to NSE data, the issue was subscribed more than 124 times on the final day of bidding.

The demand was strong across all investor categories:

Retail investor portion: Subscribed 25.03 times

Non-Institutional Investor (NII) portion: Subscribed 172.35 times

Qualified Institutional Buyer (QIB) portion: Subscribed 270.46 times

With such high demand, many investors may receive only partial allotment or may not get shares at all.

When Will the Allotment Be Finalised?

The allotment process is expected to be completed on June 8.

Once the share allocation is finalized, investors can check whether they have received shares.

The company’s shares are expected to be listed on the BSE and NSE on June 10.

How to Check IPO Allotment Status on BSE

Investors can check their allotment status through the BSE website by following these steps:

Visit the BSE IPO allotment page.

Select Equity as the issue type.

Choose CMR Green Technologies Limited from the list.

Enter your application number or PAN.

Complete the captcha verification.

Click Search.

The screen will display whether shares have been allotted to you and the quantity received.

How to Check Allotment Status on NSE

You can also verify your allotment through the NSE website.

Follow these steps:

Open the NSE IPO status page.

Select Equity and SME IPO Bids.

Choose CMR Green Technologies Limited.

Enter your PAN number or application number.

Click Submit.

Your allotment details will appear on the screen.

Check Through the Registrar’s Website

The official registrar for the IPO is KFin Technologies.

To check your allotment:

Visit the KFin Technologies IPO status portal.

Select CMR Green Technologies Limited from the list of IPOs.

Enter your PAN, application number, or demat account details.

Complete the captcha verification.

Click Submit.

The website will show whether shares have been allotted to your application.

What Is the Latest GMP?

The IPO is also seeing strong interest in the grey market.

According to market reports, the Grey Market Premium (GMP) is around Rs 67.5 per share.

Based on the issue price of Rs 192 per share, this indicates a premium of about 35%.

However, investors should remember that GMP is unofficial and can change before listing.

It should not be considered a guaranteed indicator of listing-day performance.

What Investors Should Know

With subscription levels crossing 124 times, the chances of receiving a full allotment are relatively low for many applicants.

Investors who applied can now check their allotment status through BSE, NSE, or the registrar’s website as the allotment process gets completed.

Those who receive shares can look forward to the expected stock market debut on June 10.
