What Does Vakrangee Do?

Vakrangee is a diverse company, providing a wide range of services such as ATMs, banking, insurance, financial services, and e-commerce solutions.

As of January 31, 2025, the company operates 6,035 white label ATMs, with 76% of them located in Tier 4 and Tier 6 areas. Vakrangee was founded in 1990.

Financial Performance of the Company

For the financial year 2024-25, Vakrangee reported a total income of Rs 67.88 crore, marking a 31.3% increase year-on-year. The company posted a profit after tax of Rs 1.04 crore and an EBITDA of Rs 5.48 crore.

LIC’s Stake in Vakrangee

LIC holds a 4.4% stake in Vakrangee, as per BSE data. As of the end of December 2024, the promoters held 41.7% of the company, while the public held 51%.

Over the last 10 years, Vakrangee’s stock performance has been weak, with a decline of over 72%. In comparison, the Sensex index has risen by 161% during the same period.

Financial Performance and Stakeholder Information

Vakrangee’s financial performance for the fiscal year 2024-25 shows total income of Rs 67.88 crore, reflecting a 31.3% increase from the previous year.

The company’s profit after tax for the period was Rs 1.04 crore, while its EBITDA stood at Rs 5.48 crore.

LIC holds a 4.4% stake in the company, according to BSE data. As of December 2024, the promoters owned 41.7% of the company’s shares, and the public owned 51%.
