Upcoming IPOs in THIS Week Starting January 20

In the week starting from January 20, investors will have the opportunity to participate in 5 new Initial Public Offerings (IPOs). Among these, only one, Denta Water IPO, is from the mainboard segment.

Additionally, 3 IPOs will continue to be open from the previous week, including the Stallion India IPO from the mainboard segment. This week will also see 7 companies making their debut on the stock market.

Upcoming IPOs

CapitalNumbers Infotech IPO

The public issue will open on January 20, aiming to raise Rs 169.37 crore. Investors can bid at a price of Rs 250-263 per share, with a lot size of 400 shares. The issue closes on January 22,

and the shares will be listed on BSE SME on January 27.

Rexpro Enterprises IPO

This IPO, valued at Rs 53.65 crore, will open on January 22 and close on January 24. The shares will be listed on NSE SME on January 29. The price for the IPO is Rs 145 per share, with a lot size of 1000 shares.

Denta Water IPO

The IPO, with a size of Rs 220.50 crore, opens on January 22 and closes on January 24. The price band for bidding is Rs 279-294 per share, and the lot size is 50 shares. The shares will be listed on BSE and NSE on January 29.

CLN Energy IPO

Opening on January 23 and closing on January 27, the company aims to raise Rs 72.30 crore. Bids can be placed in the price range of Rs 235-250 per share, with a lot size of 600 shares. The shares will be listed on BSE SME on January 30.

GB Logistics Commerce IPO

The IPO will open on January 24 and close on January 28. Although the price band is yet to be decided, the IPO will issue 24.58 lakh new shares. The shares are expected to be listed on BSE SME on January 31.

Ongoing IPOs

Landmark Immigration IPO

The issue, worth Rs 40.32 crore, opened on January 16 and will close on January 20. It has already been subscribed 6.28 times.

The price band is Rs 70-72 per share, with a lot size of 1600 shares. Shares will be listed on BSE SME on January 23.

Stallion India IPO

Also opening on January 16 and closing on January 20, this IPO has been subscribed 32.23 times. The company seeks to raise Rs 199.45 crore.

Bids can be made at a price of Rs 85-90 per share, with a lot size of 165 shares. The shares will be listed on BSE and NSE on January 23.

EMA Partners IPO

This IPO, valued at Rs 76.01 crore, opened on January 17 and will close on January 21. The IPO is currently 53% subscribed.

Bids can be placed within the price range of Rs 117-124 per share, with a lot size of 1000 shares. The shares will be listed on NSE SME on January 24.

Upcoming Listings

Several companies will be making their stock market debut in the upcoming week:

January 20: Shares of Barflex Polyfilms will be listed on NSE SME, and Laxmi Dental on BSE and NSE.

January 22: Shares of Kabra Jewels will be listed on NSE SME, and Rikhav Securities on BSE SME.

January 23: Shares of Landmark Immigration will be listed on BSE SME, and Stallion India on BSE and NSE.

January 24: Shares of EMA Partners will be listed on NSE SME.
