How to File a Complaint on the NPCI Portal

On the homepage, select the “UPI Dispute / Complaint” option.

Next, enter your UPI reference number along with other transaction details.

After that, provide your registered mobile number and submit the complaint.

You can contact the UPI helpline and report the issue directly.

For UPI-related problems, you can call the toll-free helpline number 1800-120-1740.

The support team will guide you through the complaint process.
