The company will provide a dividend of ₹250 per share. Earlier, during the June quarter, Page Industries declared its first interim dividend, granting eligible investors ₹300 per share.

Quarterly Financial Performance
Page Industries reported a strong quarterly performance, with a 30.50% increase in net profit year-over-year, reaching ₹195.50 crore for the second quarter. Revenue for the quarter was ₹1,246 crore, representing an 11% year-over-year growth.

On Thursday, Page Industries’ stock closed at ₹44,811.65 on the BSE, rising 1.47% for the day. Over the past six months, the company’s share price has gained over 30%.
However, long-term investors holding the stock for two years have seen a 10% decline, while the Sensex rose by 30% over the same period.
