The bank has scheduled a maintenance activity on April 11, 2026, during which some services may not work smoothly.
The disruption is expected between 2:30 am and 2:50 am (IST), and may affect OTP-related activities on:

You can generate a Secure OTP while making transactions using:
Online OTP mode (requires internet via mobile data or Wi-Fi)

How to Register for SBI Secure OTP
Getting started with the app is simple:
Download and open the SBI Secure OTP app
Enter your username
Click “Proceed” to verify your mobile number via SMS
Enter your password and accept terms
Enter the OTP received on your phone
Set an MPIN for secure access
After this, you’ll receive an activation code on your registered mobile number.
This code is valid for 10 minutes, so make sure to complete activation quickly by logging into SBI online banking.
