Manipal Health Enterprises, one of India’s leading healthcare companies, is launching its initial public offering (IPO) for investors from Wednesday, July 29, 2026.

The subscription window will remain open until Friday, July 31, 2026.

The company plans to raise Rs 9,275.22 crore through this public issue, making it one of the major IPOs in the healthcare sector.

Manipal Health Enterprises IPO: Price Band and Investment Details

The company has set the IPO price band at Rs 560 to Rs 590 per share.

Retail investors can apply for a minimum of 25 shares.

At the upper price limit of Rs 590 per share, the minimum investment required will be Rs 14,750.

Before the IPO, Manipal Health Enterprises had a market capitalisation of Rs 77,605.68 crore.

The IPO includes:

A fresh issue of 13.56 crore equity shares worth Rs 8,000 crore.

An offer for sale (OFS) of 2.16 crore shares valued at Rs 1,275.22 crore.

Important IPO Dates and Share Reservation

Investors can apply for the Manipal Health Enterprises IPO between July 29 and July 31, 2026.

IPO Opening Date: July 29, 2026

IPO Closing Date: July 31, 2026

Expected Share Allotment Date: August 3, 2026

Tentative Listing Date: August 5, 2026

Stock Exchanges: NSE and BSE

The company has also set aside shares for different investor categories:

Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs): At least 75% of the net offer.

Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs): Up to 15% of the net offer.

Retail Individual Investors (RIIs): Up to 10% of the net offer.

How Will Manipal Health Enterprises Use IPO Funds?

The company plans to use the money raised from the fresh issue mainly for reducing debt and supporting future growth plans.

A major portion of the funds will be used to repay or prepay borrowings, including interest payments, of its subsidiary Manipal Hospitals Private Limited.

The company also plans to acquire a minority stake in Sahyadri Hospitals Private Limited, which is a step-down subsidiary.

Apart from these activities, some funds will be used for general corporate purposes.
