GTV Engineering Ltd. has announced another bonus share issue for its shareholders. The company will issue 2 bonus shares for every 1 share held.

This is the second time the company has announced a similar bonus issue after doing the same in 2025.

The company has delivered massive long-term returns, with its stock gaining nearly 2,835% over the last five years.

2 Bonus Shares for Every 1 Share

According to the company’s stock exchange filing, eligible shareholders will receive 2 bonus shares for every 1 existing share they own.

However, the record date for the bonus issue has not been announced yet. Investors will need to wait for the company to confirm the date to know who will be eligible for the free shares.

It is worth noting that GTV Engineering had also issued 2:1 bonus shares in 2025.

Share Split and Dividend History

The company carried out a stock split in 2025, reducing the face value of each share from ₹10 to ₹2.

Apart from the stock split, GTV Engineering also rewarded shareholders with two dividends in 2025.

It paid a dividend of ₹0.50 per share, followed by another dividend of ₹0.10 per share later in the year.

How Has the Stock Performed?

GTV Engineering shares ended Friday’s trading session 2.55% higher at ₹70.45 on the BSE.

The stock has gained around 20% in the last six months. However, it is down 3.45% over the past one year, while the Sensex declined 3.21% during the same period.

Despite the recent weakness, the stock has delivered impressive long-term returns:

130% gain in 2 years

207% gain in 3 years

2,835% gain in 5 years
