After four years, GRM Overseas Ltd. shares are once again trading ex-bonus. The company has announced a bonus of two shares for every one share held.

Record Date for Bonus Shares

As per the information submitted to the stock exchange, GRM Overseas Ltd. will give two bonus shares for every one share. The record date for this bonus issue is December 24th.

This means that investors whose names appear in the company’s records on this date will receive the bonus shares free of cost.

Previously, in 2021, the company had also issued a 2-for-1 bonus.

Stock Market Performance

At the market close on Friday, GRM Overseas Ltd. shares were priced at ₹470.15, down 0.20%. Over the past three months, the shares have risen by 33%, while in 2025 alone, the price increased by 134%. Investors who held the stock for one year have gained 138%.

52-week high: ₹502.95

52-week low: ₹175.95

Market capitalization: ₹2,884 crore

Over a 5-year period, the share price has grown by 1,350%, and over 10 years, it has surged by 11,537%.

Share Split Details

In 2021, GRM Overseas Ltd. carried out a share split. Each share was divided into five parts, reducing the face value from ₹10 to ₹2 per share.
