The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) is giving homebuyers, business owners and investors a chance to buy property in Delhi-NCR.
GDA will hold a mega property auction on July 17, where plots from 19 different projects will be available.
The auction includes residential, commercial, industrial and institutional plots. Interested buyers can submit their applications until July 13.
Plots Available for Every Need
According to GDA OSD Kanika Kaushik, the auction has options for both small buyers and large investors.
The auction will include:
Residential and Group Housing Plots – For building homes and apartment projects.
Commercial and Industrial Plots – Suitable for shops, hotels, offices and industries.
Institutional Plots – For schools, hospitals and community centres.
This gives buyers the opportunity to choose different types of properties through a single auction.
How to Apply Before July 13
GDA has said that only applicants who complete the registration before July 13 will be allowed to take part in the auction on July 17.
There are two ways to apply:
Online: Visit the official GDA website and fill out the application form.
Offline: Visit the HDFC Bank RDC branch in Rajnagar, Ghaziabad, collect the application form, complete it and submit it with the required documents and fees.
GDA Expects Strong Response
GDA officials expect a large number of buyers to participate in this auction. In the previous auction, the authority earned around ₹213 crore from plot sales.
With more projects and higher investor interest this time, GDA believes the upcoming auction could attract even bigger participation.
Anyone planning to buy land in a prime Delhi-NCR location should complete their registration before the July 13 deadline.
