Investment open till May 21

This New Fund Offer (NFO) opened on May 9, 2025, and will close on May 21, 2025. In this scheme, 50% to 65% of the funds will be invested in debt-oriented schemes of Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund. Another 30% to 50% will go into arbitrage schemes, and 0% to 5% will be put into money market options.

Start investing with just ₹1,000

You can invest in the Baroda BNP Paribas Income Plus Arbitrage Active Fund of Fund with a minimum of ₹1,000. After that, you can add in multiples of ₹1.

For daily, weekly, and monthly SIPs, the minimum is ₹500, and for quarterly SIPs, it is ₹1,500—both followed by investments in multiples of ₹1.

Low risk, better returns

This scheme aims to create a balanced and diversified portfolio. The goal is to reduce risks while increasing the chance of higher returns. It offers a good mix of safety and potential profits.

Good choice for high tax payers

Prashant Pimpale, CIO – Fixed Income at Baroda BNP Paribas Asset Management India Pvt Ltd, says that this fund is a good option for investors who want better post-tax returns than fixed income products or debt funds, especially for those investing for over 2 years.

The concessional long-term capital gains (LTCG) tax of only 12.5% makes it attractive for people in higher tax brackets.

Experienced fund managers

The fund will be co-managed by Prashant Pimpale and Neeraj Saxena. Prashant has over 25 years of experience and Neeraj has over 21 years, both handling fixed income and hybrid fund strategies.

Tax-efficient income option

This scheme is a good choice for investors who want low-risk mutual funds, tax-saving income options, and other fixed income investments.
