Sky Gold has once again announced a bonus share issue, following a similar move in 2022.
On October 26, the board decided to grant eligible shareholders nine bonus shares for each share they hold.
This is the company’s second bonus share issue, with the last one occurring just a year ago.
Details of the Bonus Share Issue
As per the official information shared with the exchange on Saturday, Sky Gold will give nine bonus shares for every single share with a face value of Rs 10.
The company has not yet set the record date for determining eligible shareholders, but it is anticipated that this announcement will be made soon.
Past Bonus and Dividend History
Sky Gold last issued bonus shares in 2022, offering one bonus share for each share held by eligible investors.
In 2023, the company also rewarded its shareholders with two separate dividends of Rs 1 per share.
Sky Gold’s Stock Market Performance
Sky Gold’s shares closed at Rs 3,434.35 on Friday on the BSE, reflecting a 4% decrease. Despite this recent dip, the stock has gained 35% over the last month.
Investors holding Sky Gold shares for the past six months have seen gains of 216%, while the stock price has surged 360% over the past year.
Sky Gold’s 52-week high stands at Rs 3,687, while its low over the same period was Rs 680.35.
