Log in to the Income Tax e-filing portal.
Go to the e-File section.
Click on Income Tax Returns.
Select View Filed Returns.
Your return status and refund details will appear on the screen.

If you don’t want to log in to the Income Tax portal, you can also check your refund status through the NSDL (Protean) portal.
Simply:
Visit the portal.
Enter your PAN number and Assessment Year.
Fill in the captcha code.
Click on Proceed to view your refund status.
When Will You Get Your Refund?
