Due to huge public demand, DDA has added more flats to the scheme and is offering a 25% discount.
The scheme is specially designed for serving and retired government employees who want affordable ready-to-move-in homes in Delhi.
Around 75% of the flats under this housing scheme have already been sold, showing strong interest from buyers.
Key Highlights of DDA Karmayogi Housing Scheme
The booking for these flats will start from 1 June 2026 at 12 PM. All flats will be allotted on a first come, first serve basis.
DDA says nearly 70% of flats in this pocket have already been sold. Because property prices in Delhi continue to rise, this scheme can become a good option for government employees looking for budget-friendly housing.
The scheme is fully online and all flats are freehold properties. Buyers can also visit sample flats before booking.
