With a total issue size of ₹925.92 crore, OnEMI is aiming to strengthen its digital lending presence in India.

The IPO includes a fresh issue of shares worth ₹850 crore and an offer for sale worth ₹75.92 crore.

The grey market premium (GMP) is around ₹4–4.5. Based on the upper price band of ₹171, the estimated listing price could be around ₹175.5.

This suggests a modest expected gain of about 2.6% per share, which is attracting cautious but steady interest from investors.

Price Band and Minimum Investment

OnEMI has set its price band between ₹162 and ₹171 per share.

For retail investors, the minimum investment starts at ₹14,877, which includes one lot of 87 shares.

sNII investors: 14 lots – ₹2,08,278

bNII investors: 68 lots – ₹10,11,636

With over 63 million registered users, the company’s large customer base is one of its biggest strengths.

The issue is being managed by JM Financial Ltd., while Kfin Technologies Ltd. is acting as the registrar.
