Let’s understand all the important details in a simple way.

Price Band and Investment Details

The price band for this IPO is set between ₹96 and ₹98 per share.

The company has fixed one lot size at 1,200 shares. However, retail investors must apply for at least 2 lots. This means the minimum investment required is ₹2,35,200.

Before opening for the public, the company raised ₹7.74 crore from anchor investors on April 16, which shows early interest from big investors.

GMP and Expected Listing Gain

The Gray Market Premium (GMP) for the IPO is currently ₹4.5 per share. Based on this, the expected listing gain is around 4.59%.

The GMP has remained stable compared to the previous day, which indicates steady demand but not very aggressive buying.

IPO Size and Listing Platform

The total size of the IPO is ₹27.73 crore. This issue is entirely made up of fresh shares, meaning the company is issuing new shares and no existing investor is selling.

A total of 28 lakh shares will be issued, and the company will get all the funds raised.

The shares of Mehul Telecom will be listed on the BSE SME platform.

Company Business and Operations

Mehul Telecom runs a multi-brand retail business focused on smartphones and related products. The company sells:

Smartphones

Smartwatches

Earphones and headphones

Speakers and audio devices

Tablets and accessories like chargers, covers, and screen guards

Power banks, pen drives, and car holders

It operates through different models, including company-owned stores and franchise outlets.

As of March 31, 2026, the company had only 27 employees. It is a relatively new business, started in 2023.

How Will the Company Use IPO Funds?

Out of the total funds raised, ₹22.95 crore will be used for working capital needs.

A major part of the company’s revenue, about 97%, comes from selling mobile phones, which shows its strong dependence on this segment.

Key Takeaway for Investors

This IPO may look attractive due to its SME segment positioning and steady GMP. However, the high minimum investment and small company size are important factors to consider.

Stock market investments always carry risks. It is important to do proper research or consult a financial expert before investing.
