The stock market is expected to be active in the coming week, starting from March 23. A total of seven IPOs are set to open during this period.
Out of these, three are mainboard IPOs, which together aim to raise around ₹1,950 crore. This gives investors several new opportunities to explore.
Amir Chand Jagdish Kumar IPO
The IPO of Amir Chand Jagdish Kumar Exports is a completely fresh issue. Investors can apply from March 24 to March 27.
The company plans to raise around ₹440 crore through this IPO by issuing approximately 20.8 million new shares.
The price band for the shares is set between ₹201 and ₹212 per share. The issue is being managed by MK Global Financial Services.
Powerica IPO
The Powerica IPO will also be open for investors from March 24 to March 27. The total issue size is about ₹1,100 crore.
The company has fixed the price band at ₹375 to ₹395 per share.
Out of the total issue:
Around ₹700 crore will come from a fresh issue
About ₹400 crore is part of an Offer for Sale (OFS)
Sai Parenteral IPO
The IPO of Sai Parenteral, a pharmaceutical company, will also be open from March 24 to March 27.
The total issue size is approximately ₹408.79 crore, which includes both a fresh issue and an Offer for Sale (OFS).
The company has set the price band between ₹372 and ₹392 per share.
