Company announces 4:1 Bonus Shares for Investors

There is good news for investors looking for bonus shares.

Vega Jewellers Ltd. has announced a bonus issue for its shareholders.

The company has decided to give four bonus shares for every one share held.

According to data from the BSE, the company’s stock has delivered strong returns over the past year, attracting the attention of many investors.

4 Bonus Shares for Every 1 Share

The company informed the stock exchange on Tuesday that it will issue four bonus shares for each share with a face value of ₹10.

However, the company has not yet announced the record date for the bonus issue.

The record date is the day on which the company checks which shareholders are eligible to receive the bonus shares.

The announcement regarding this date is expected soon.

Strong Performance in the Stock Market

The company’s shares have shown impressive growth in recent months.

On Tuesday, the stock was trading at ₹312.25 on the BSE.

In 2026 alone, the share price has already risen by about 53 percent.

Over the past one year, the stock has delivered an extraordinary return of around 879 percent, significantly increasing investors’ money.

The company’s 52-week high is ₹321.25, while its 52-week low is ₹24.71.

Currently, the company has a market capitalization of around ₹317 crore.

Promoters Increasing Their Stake

The shareholding pattern also shows growing confidence from the company’s promoters.

As of January 19, 2026, promoters held 71.22 percent stake in the company, while the public held 28.78 percent.

Earlier, in the December quarter, promoters held 69.73 percent, and public shareholders owned 30.27 percent.

This means promoters have increased their stake in the company in January, which is often seen as a positive signal by investors.

Dividend History

The company last paid a dividend in 2014, when it distributed Re 1 per share to investors.
