The company will offer 24 bonus shares for every 1 share held, as informed on October 13th. Previously, Apis India had given bonus shares to investors back in 2010.
On October 13th, the company told the exchanges that these bonus shares will have a face value of ₹10. The record date for eligibility has not yet been announced, but it is expected to be declared soon.
This marks the first bonus share issue in 15 years. In 2010, Apis India had distributed 323 bonus shares for every 100 shares. Since then, the company has neither issued bonus shares nor declared any dividend.

Apis India’s shares have been performing exceptionally well. Over the past month, the stock price has risen 55%, while in the past three months, positional investors have seen their wealth double with a 152% increase. Over one year, the share price has surged 222%.
On Tuesday, the shares jumped 5%, reaching ₹819.40 on the BSE. Over the past five years, this multibagger stock has delivered an impressive 4,353% return to long-term investors.
