This dividend will be paid after shareholder approval in the company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Important Dates to Remember

Tata Investment Corporation has informed the stock exchange about these key dates:

Record Date: Tuesday, June 10, 2025

Ex-Date: Also June 10, 2025

This means you need to buy shares by Monday, June 9, so they reflect in your demat account in time due to T+1 settlement (shares are delivered the next day after the trade).

What is a Record Date?

The record date is the cut-off day to decide which shareholders will receive the dividend. If you own the shares by that date, you’re eligible for the dividend. Because of T+1 settlement in India, you must buy the shares one day before the record date.
