Page Industries Ltd announces Rs 150 Dividend Per Share

Page Industries Ltd has announced a dividend of Rs 150 per share for eligible investors.

The company has set February 13 as the record date for this dividend, which means investors whose names are on the company’s record books by that date will receive Rs 150 for each share they hold.

This marks the third interim dividend of the current financial year. Investors whose names are on the company’s record books by February 13 will be eligible to receive Rs 150 per share.

Previous Dividends in 2024

In 2024, Page Industries issued a dividend of Rs 770 per share across four separate instances.

The first dividend was declared on February 16, with Rs 100 per share given to investors. Another dividend of Rs 300 per share was paid out on August 16, following the company’s ex-dividend date.

Stock Market Performance

On Friday, the company’s shares dropped by 2.44%, closing at Rs 4,291.240. Over the course of the new year, shares have fallen by over 10%. However, investors who held the company’s shares for the past year have seen an 18% gain so far.

Previous Dividends Given by Page Industries

This dividend is the third interim one for the current financial year. In 2024, the company distributed dividends four times. In February, eligible investors received Rs 100 per share,

and in August, the dividend amount increased to Rs 300 per share. In total, Page Industries gave Rs 770 per share in 2024.
