Additionally, if the queue at a toll plaza exceeds 100 meters, drivers can lodge a complaint with NHAI and avoid paying toll charges.
Relief for Drivers in Other Situations
Drivers can also avoid toll payments if the Fastag machine at the toll plaza is not functioning. This ensures that no unnecessary burden is placed on commuters.
